Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by product and supplier, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on the supplier fulfilling your items. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Apparel & Print-on-Demand items (fulfilled by Printful): These are made to order and are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.
  • All other items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll resolve it promptly.
